1. Services
Digital Business Partners ("DBP," "we," "us") will provide financial reporting, analysis, and advisory
services ("Services") as described in the subscription tier selected by the Client at the time of purchase.
The specific deliverables, frequency, and scope for each tier are as set out on the DBP Growth service page
and incorporated herein by reference.
2. Subscription & Payment
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing
cycle via ZOHO Subscriptions. The Client authorizes recurring charges to the payment method on file. All
fees are in USD. DBP reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
3. Onboarding & Access
Client agrees to provide read-only access to their accounting platform (ZOHO Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or
equivalent) within five (5) business days of subscription. DBP will use this access solely to retrieve
financial data for the purpose of delivering the agreed Services. DBP will never modify, delete, or write
data to the Client's accounting system.
4. Deliverables & Timeline
First deliverables will be provided within five (5) to seven (7) business days of onboarding completion.
Ongoing reports will be delivered on the schedule agreed during onboarding (typically monthly, within the
first ten (10) business days of each month). DBP will notify the Client if any deliverable will be delayed.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the other's Confidential Information strictly confidential and not to disclose
it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law. "Confidential Information"
includes financial data, business strategies, client lists, and any information marked or reasonably
understood to be confidential.
6. Intellectual Property
All report templates, dashboard designs, methodology, and proprietary frameworks developed by DBP remain
the exclusive property of DBP. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the
reports and deliverables produced for their internal business purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
DBP's Services are advisory in nature. DBP is not a licensed accounting firm, auditor, or tax advisor.
Reports and analysis provided should not be used as a substitute for professional audit, tax, or legal
advice. DBP's total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by
the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Cancellation
Either party may terminate the subscription with thirty (30) days' written notice to care@dbpgrowth.com. Upon termination, DBP will deliver any
outstanding reports for the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law
principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire
agreement between the parties regarding the Services and supersedes all prior discussions, proposals, and
agreements.

1. Purpose
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") governs how Digital Business Partners ("DBP," "Processor") processes
personal and financial data on behalf of the Client ("Controller") in connection with the delivery of CFO
Services. This DPA is incorporated into and forms part of the Service Agreement.
2. Data Processed
DBP processes the following categories of data on behalf of the Client:
- Financial transaction data (income, expenses, payroll, accounts receivable/payable)
- Business entity information (company name, EIN/tax identifiers, bank account references)
- Contact information of Client's authorized representatives (name, email, phone)
- Employee payroll records (when applicable to financial reporting)
DBP does not process personal data of the Client's end customers unless expressly required for a specific
deliverable and agreed in writing.
3. Processing Instructions
DBP processes data solely on documented instructions from the Client — specifically, for the purpose of
generating financial reports, dashboards, and analysis as agreed in the Service Agreement. DBP will not
process Client data for any other purpose, including marketing, profiling, or sale to third parties.
4. Data Security
DBP implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Client data, including:
- Encrypted connections (TLS 1.2+) for all data in transit
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized DBP personnel only
- Read-only accounting system access — no write permissions
- Regular access reviews and revocation upon project completion
5. Sub-processors
DBP may engage the following sub-processors: ZOHO Corporation (ZOHO Books, ZOHO Subscriptions, ZOHO
Analytics) for platform infrastructure and data hosting. DBP ensures all sub-processors maintain equivalent
data protection standards. The Client will be notified of any changes to sub-processors with 14 days'
advance notice.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
DBP retains Client data for the duration of the active subscription plus twelve (12) months, to support any
retrospective analysis or disputes. Upon the Client's written request, DBP will delete or return all Client
data within thirty (30) days of subscription termination.
7. Cross-Border Transfers
Client data may be processed in the United States and, in the case of ZOHO sub-processors, in ZOHO's
designated data centers. Where data originates from the EU/EEA or UK, DBP ensures adequate safeguards are in
place consistent with GDPR Chapter V requirements.
8. Data Subject Rights
To the extent DBP processes personal data subject to GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent laws, DBP will assist the
Client in fulfilling data subject requests (access, correction, deletion) within reasonable timelines.

9. Breach Notification
In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting Client data, DBP will notify the Client within
seventy-two (72) hours of discovery, providing a description of the breach, data affected, and remediation
steps taken.

Digital Business Partners LLC ("DBP") is a financial services advisory firm based in Florida, USA. We
operate the DBP Growth CFO Services platform at digital-bp.com. Questions regarding this policy may be

2. Information We Collect
Information you provide: When you subscribe or contact us, we collect your name, business
email, phone number, company name, and accounting platform information.
Financial data (with your permission): To deliver our Services, we access your accounting
system in read-only mode to retrieve financial records.
Usage data: We collect standard web analytics (page views, browser type, referral source)
via anonymized tracking. No personally identifiable information is collected via cookies without your
consent.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the CFO Services you subscribed to
- To contact you regarding your subscription, onboarding, and deliverables
- To process payments via ZOHO Subscriptions (we do not store card data)
- To send service-related communications (reports, invoices, updates)
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of: contract performance (to deliver Services you
subscribed to), legitimate interest (account security, fraud prevention), and legal obligation (tax and
regulatory compliance).
5. Your Rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data;
request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements); withdraw consent at any time; and

6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription plus twelve (12) months. Financial
data processed on your behalf is retained per our Data Processing Agreement. You may request earlier
deletion by contacting us in writing.
7. Cookies
This page uses no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If you access DBP's main website
(digital-bp.com), cookie preferences are managed via the cookie consent banner on that site.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes
via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date
constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to the DBP Growth CXO Service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Payment Terms. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Digital Business Partners LLC ("DBP") and supplement any separate service agreement you have entered into with DBP.
2. Subscription and Billing
The Service operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription begins on the date your initial payment is processed and renews automatically on the same calendar date each month unless canceled.
- Automatic Renewal: By subscribing, you authorize DBP to charge your payment method on file each month without further action from you.
- Billing Cycle: Fees are charged at the start of each billing period and cover the full calendar month of service.
- Payment Method: All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. DBP does not store your card or banking credentials directly.
- Failed Payments: If a renewal payment fails, DBP will attempt to reprocess the charge. Access to the Service may be suspended if payment cannot be collected within five (5) business days.
- Price Changes: DBP may adjust pricing with at least thirty (30) days written notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
3. Plan Upgrades and Changes
- Immediate Effect: A plan upgrade becomes effective immediately upon successful payment of the applicable fee.
- Pro-rated Billing: When upgrading mid-cycle, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period.
- Downgrades: Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to care@dbpgrowth.com or through your client portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month. DBP will confirm cancellation within two (2) business days.
5. Refunds
No refunds are issued for the current billing month once a renewal payment has been processed. DBP does not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Exceptions may be made at DBP's sole discretion in cases of documented service failure. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All reports, analyses, templates, and deliverables created by DBP are provided for your internal business use. DBP retains ownership of all methodologies and proprietary tools. You may not resell or distribute DBP deliverables to third parties without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
DBP's total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. The Service constitutes advisory support and does not constitute legal, tax, or audit services.
8. Governing Law

1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs subscriptions to the DBP Growth CXO Service. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This Policy governs with respect to refunds and cancellations in the event of any conflict with our Payment Terms.
2. Subscription Billing
The Service is billed monthly and renews automatically on the same calendar date each month unless canceled before that date. You will receive an email receipt each time a renewal charge is processed. For questions about a specific charge, contact us within thirty (30) days.
3. No Refunds for the Current Billing Month
Once a monthly renewal payment has been successfully processed, no refund will be issued for that billing month, regardless of when during the month a cancellation request is submitted. DBP does not offer prorated refunds for partial months under any standard subscription tier.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. To cancel, write to care@dbpgrowth.com or use your client portal.
- Effective date: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month.
- Service access: You retain full access through the last day of the billing month in which you cancel.
- Confirmation: DBP will confirm your cancellation in writing within two (2) business days.
- Reactivation: You may reactivate a canceled subscription at any time at then-current pricing.
5. Illustrative Examples
- Canceling before renewal: Subscription renews on the 1st. You cancel on March 28. Subscription ends March 31; no April charge.
- Canceling after renewal: Subscription renews April 1. You cancel April 10. Subscription ends April 30; no refund for April, no May charge.
- Plan upgrade: You upgrade on April 15. The new tier takes effect immediately; you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of April.
6. Exceptions
DBP may issue a refund at its sole discretion in cases of: documented DBP service failure; duplicate charges from a billing error; or other circumstances deemed appropriate. To request an exception, contact care@dbpgrowth.com with a written explanation. DBP will respond within five (5) business days.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback that is not in good faith under this Policy, DBP reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback — most billing questions are resolved quickly.
